Submission Guidelines

SUBMISSIONS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING criteria.

  • We encourage creative artists to submit whatever they feel is expressive of their work.

  • Send your best images; we will select which images to publish.

  • we encourage new artists to submit work for “On our Radar” features. This submission does not need to be a full-feature spread.

  • Zephyr Magazine does not accept images published in another magazine, publication or any social media platforms. We want our audience to see the images first when the magazine is published. feel free to post on social media after the issue is published.

  • please send low resolution .jpeg images to submissions@zephyrmagazine.com for consideration.

  • if selected, please send Only High Resolution images 300DPI RGB color management. Images sized 8x10 are preferred but not required. images must be sent to the editors through WeTransfer or Dropbox by the deadline date specified in the email we send you.

  • The images are owned by the photographer who captured the images and must be submitted by the photographer.

  • Team members must be clearly credited for publication.

  • Zephyr Magazine does not pay for submissions or selected features. The submission team is responsible for the cost of the production and submission of their own editorial work.

  • The submitting artist will receive a PDF of their tear sheet after publication.
