Sofia Resnik-Cornet, Editor in Chief
Sofia Resnik-Cornet grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico in an old adobe house from 1882. She was born into a family of artists and designers and has been making things for as long as she can remember.
Sofia is drawn to projects that immerse and transport the viewer, from installation art to two-dimensional works.
She has a BA in sociology and a minor in studio art from Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA. Sofia is a multi-hyphenate creative with a background in graphic design, branding, content writing, web design, art, modeling, and creative directing.

H robert upton, PUblisher
Bob Upton is a professional photographer who now lives in New Mexico. He has had working studios in Los Angeles, Scottsdale, and Tucson and now operates H Robert Upton Studio in Albuquerque. His work has been featured in many publications, including the BREED photographic community and Vogue Italia.
He is noted for developing many national models with images appearing in the model portfolios of every major model agency across the country.
Bob is a former college professor with degrees in music and a lifelong business associate.
He started Zephyr Magazine as a platform for artists to display and grow their work, as well as to encourage and highlight a community of photographers in the Southwest.

GABRIELA GARCIA, contributor
Gabriela Garcia grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, surrounded by the art and culture that inspired her passion for creating. She has written for Albuquerque The Magazine, the UNM Daily Lobo, the UEA Concrete Newspaper and now Zephyr Magazine. She also works in the film space, having been involved in a number of Netflix studio productions and short films. She recently debuted her first short film, “A Sudden and Dramatic End.”
Outside of her professional passions, Gabriela enjoys skiing and traveling, and can often be found obsessing over her favorite boy bands. She holds a B.A. in Journalism with minors in Media Arts and Sustainability from the University of New Mexico.
